My favorite is probably Thor because he is a god from Norse mythology which I am very interested in and he is incredibly powerful.

Superman

I've just always loved Superman ever since I was a little kid

His unwavering moral character, his cool powers, the costume the stories, the history, the supporting cast, almost everything about him

Spider-man has been my favorite since i saw Spider-man Tas since i was a kid, no other Superhero has inspired me like he does and gave me hope. plus he's very relatable.
