Who is this Ghost Rider villain?

I'm trying to remember the name of this villain in particular. He kinda looked like the Hulk being huge and muscular but he had grayish skin and shaggy blonde hair?

No, that isn't him... this guy actually looked similar to Hulk... it might have been a Todd McFarlane version

@walkingdeadguy: size wise compairable to hulk the only three i can think of is mister hyde, skinner and maybe outcast but none of them are grey that i remember lol unless it was choam who was like a demonic assassin but can't remember if he was grey sorry check em out i have feeling its the last one.

Tombstone ? However don't connect him with Ghost Rider more Spider-Man and don't have blond hair.
