Who is the most iconic Big Bad in new gen shounen?

I think Shigaraki is the most recognizable and is actually a good character. Boros is well known but is mid. Makima is getting up there. Heard good things about Sakuna but haven't read JJK and not sure if it is as popular MHA.

Boros appeared for 3 episodes total. He's not the big bad of OPM, which also isn't really shonen.

Sukuna followed by shiggy.

Maybe Sukuna or Muzan.

Afo seems be the most iconic one here. Afo has caused so much problems more than anyone on this list and in some form, he kind of reminds me of aizen and madara.

As for the rest:

Sukuna: He seems to be really fascinating when he was first introduced. But as the series progresses, it only shows how everything is being handed to sukuna on a silver platter. Sukuna main thing are mostly killing and tormenting yuji. Literally, the real person that is causing real problems in jjk is kenjaku. Sukuna is just their because he can't die.

Makima: I wonder why she isn't getting any vote. She is a really cool villain. But i don't have much to say about her just like any other CSM villains.

Shigaraki: Has lot's of development and flaws. Shiggy is a real man child that thrives for destruction. But lets not forget that almost everything (if not everything) he has done was because of afo influence and the way he was raised by him. This is part of the reason i voted for afo.

Muzan: don't know much about him lol. Still in chapter 5 of kny.

Boros: was only around for like 3 chapters. He legitly can't be considered iconic. His design is really cool though.

As a someone who haven't watched any of these anime except MHA, I keep hearing about Makima and see her everywhere in media.

Makima's the best written out of the bunch, but I don't consider her as iconic as most of them.

There's honestly not one who overwhelms the others that much. They seem pretty equal in how much impact they have on the general audience.

Sukuna is already active in the final arc taking over megumi's body and Kenjaku pretty much masterminded the events to make the culling games.

Not sure why I got so triggered by this lol, but we are still in the One Piece era, and the most iconic big bad of this era will be Imu, once the time comes, which is soon.

Aso much build up and yet they are no match for mahito. Imagine how much better JJK would be if mahito was the final villain

@hentekorin: Bro mahito is weaker and a coward to he was pwned by yuji at the end of act 1 and asorbed by kenjaku. Sukuna and kenjaku are more popular than him nowadays in the manga

@toxin45: mahito in two chapter got more characterisation and depth than Sukuna and Kenjaku in their whole career. Sukuna is another mideocore final big bad who just exist. And ke jaku is all ove rthe place .worse than mid
