Who is the most bad ass comic book character?

A Badass list isn't a badass list without Superboy Prime or Black Adam.

All of them have their own badass badge.

Yet you have Catwoman and Deadpool on the list (which half of the time isn't even really meant to be taken seriously as a character).

They have big fan bases, and names that don't sound ridiculous.

Who ever you think is the most Badass. Basically I took the names from a bunch of other badass lists and put them on this one.

I went with Cap, because Nightcrawler isn't on the list. EDIT: Think about it...unless the opponent is someone who just can't die...Kitty Pryde and Nightcrawler (well I guess the Vision would be deadlier now that I think about it). most lethal characters I've seen. She grabs you, phases you into the ground, and lets go. You're either dead from shock, or just your internal organs being meshed with rocks and earth. Same thing with NC, he ports with you, and lets go of you where he wants, if that's sticking out of the ground, proFOUND trauma that kills you...yep..even Wolverine, though sadly not frigging Deadpool.

Mr. X, Lord Deathstrike is pretty bad.

Wolverine is more badass than the Punisher.

Batman. Most people who voted other characters don't know anything about Batman's awesomeness. There's a reason why he's the most popular comic book character.

The best bad-ass is the hardcore human who puts in his 100% without the need of any super powers.

@never_give_up: Im guessing he was excluded because so many people view him as a boyscout and not a badass. Its unfair. I was going to vote for Supes, but when I saw he wasnt here I voted for Catwoman.
