@karateironfist: I take it back, I do have a good idea who. However, it's not a guy, it's Wonder Woman. Here's a thread where some of her bad ass feats are shown, and I'll add a list of powers and abilities. WW beats up Justice League

Extrodinary (if not Supreme) Hand to Hand/Melee Combat- She's done little all her life but study and practice unarmed and armed combat (how old she actually is..from in her twenties to several hundred years is still in debate the last I heard)

Incredible Reaction Speed- Ability to at LEAST react to high caliber fire arms fire, up to laser weapon fire AFTER the weapon has been fired (I think bullet timer is the phrase generally used?).

Incredible Combat Speed- As fast as she can react, she can also respond or attack...possibly faster (that is speculation, but she can respond and attack at, at LEAST the speed of a bullet or laser)

Super Strength: Near the area of Superman though I don't know HOW close.

Hightened Durability: I know she can take hits from bullets but they can harm her to some degree, but she's also supposedly survived nuclear explosions...some writing inconsistency here.

Flight: Not strictly a Martial Arts oriented power, but a definite plus in a hand to hand/melee battle

I think that's about it, no laser vision, or super breath or what have you. However, her main focus is super human hand to hand/melee combat, and her super powers give her tons of advantages in that area

Your question is a bit weird. Do you want to know who is the best in martial arts or do you want a martial artist with the best powers (for example Iron Fist has chi-powers and is a martial artist. His powers are better than Batman's because Batman doesn't have any but he isn't therefore a better martial artist). Edit I now see your other post and you mean a matial artist with powers, I have to think about that though.
