I'm going with Wonder Woman, being female makes her easily distinguishable.

Hulk and Wonder Woman have the best arguments overall.

It's between Hulk and Diana. I wouldn't call Stark iconic. Extremely popular, yes, but not iconic. He only became a household name 15 years ago, whereas Diana and Hulk have been famous for decades. Flash is more iconic than Stark. Flash is the epitome of speed. If you think anything speed related, Flash instantly pops into your mind.
