Well every villain ghost rider has fought which is your favorite.

Blackheart or Mephisto i guess, Ghost Rider has a fairly obscure rogues gallery aside from villains like Mephisto and maybe Blackheart.I don't know too much about any of them except for Blackout,Zarathos and Scarecrow but even then most of his villains aren't that great.
