Who is someone dumber than Goku but a better martial artist?

As the title suggests

Being dumber than Goku is pretty hard just in itself. Normally smart characters are good martial atrists so i can't think of anyone.

I guess I’ll stretch this to “Who is as dumb or dumber than Goku but is equal or better than Goku as a martial artist?”

Goku is borderline braindead so I can't think of any.

I highly doubt there's any tbh. Usually high level master martial artists are atleast average in terms of book smarts. Goku is kinda an outlier.

being dumb and good at martial arts are basically the only 2 aspects of Gokus character, don't think you can find anyone that outdoes him in both

That's a hard one. You can't be dumber than Goku without creeping on short bus level status. This is the shopping list he uses for groceries. I'm not joking. This is canon.

Goku isn't really dumb, he's just slow. Unless people are right that they turned him into a jackass in Super.

Goku isn't THAT dumb. I'd say he is more willfully ignorant and uneducated. Most of his truly idiotic choices weren't driven by him not understanding things but rather by his own hubris and selfish desire for a good fight.

In fact a lot of the time he'll admit that he knows what he is about to do is stupid but he plans to do it anyway because he can't resist the temptation.
