Logan would gut you to shreds if he was pissed. Hulk and Thor are a lot scarier as they can do a lot of damage to a large amount of area. I would be more scared of Thor though. Of the three he tends to be the most calm ironically about outright killing someone, at least present Thor. Past Thor gets off on killing his enemies... When he does get pissed off, it gets fucking biblical with him. Hulk is still just as scary, just that Thor has more ways of turning you into soup.
Logan is underrated here. Thor and hulk will fart on you and you're dead instantly. Logan is a very strong man with an insane amount of stamina that track you down wherever you run and he will always catch you. When he does catch you, you may not die instantly either. He might just cut your arm off and met you bleed to death or stab you to death.
People forget that Hulk is a horror movie monster. He plays a certain role on The Avengers as every other member does, but on his own, like how everyone has their own thing, Hulk is a horror monster.
That's not really how he's ever been portrayed though except maybe for a time in the 60's. Marvel Hulk isn't really a horror monster.
Hulk no doubt, after all he was based on a horror icon, original comics had an horror aspect, then there is Immortal Hulk. Hulk's first appearance in Avengers movie was terrifying.
Thor is someone you wouldn't want to piss off but I could never imagine him as like scary scary, the atmosphere he could create probably but he's still just a sparkly man. Wolverine would look like someone's annoying yappy chihuahua next to them both though.
Depending from which perspective, when it comes of overpowered characters like Thor or Hulk, no matter if they are pissed or not, they can wipe an entire planet, especially Thor, pissed or not, while World Breaker Hulk can destroy a planet if he's really pissed and wipe entire cities or potentially a country whenever he's on his average power-scaling, Thor and Hulk are scary depending on their decisions, those making both scary if they have bad intentions, however, being scared about something has a lot to do with psychology and I think that Wolverine is more savage, he's more brutal, more bloodthirsty and the way how his facial expressions change are irrationally wild and not humanly at all.
I think that a pissed Thor or Hulk could pretty much be compared, with a nuclear threat and a pissed Wolverine, is a more mundane fear which could be directed at one person or a small group people, it's a more direct interaction and therefore it impacts more, personally.
@abstractraze: I get what you mean, but Thor's anger also is personal, just because it scatters farther doesn't make it any less personal. It's a lot more fearful to see a man with glowing electric eyes be upset at you, and not only does his presence make you scared, the entire setting around you goes to shit. So not only is he angry but it's raining bricks, there's the worst thunder storm you've ever seen in your life, it gets dark out, the ground starts shaking, all this really sets the mood for how bad of a shit you really got yourself into. Wolverine's mean faces can only go so far.
