Wanda is the most powerful (raw power), maybe only second to FOX Dark Phoenix.Apocalypse would shit stomp her in a fight, he reacted FOX Quicksilver.
In power, Wanda...but Apoc reacted to QS after some time and survived being haymaker'd by QS multiple times too. He'd win in a fight.
