Freeza is like Darkseid evil.

Frieza is literally a genocidal, planet-destroying monster

frieza was born evil while thanos as a kid was normal but he was corrupted by death. thanos was "good" at one point in his life while freiza never had that period

The one who calls people "monkeys"

Thanos despite being a nihilist just wanted to impress Death. Frieza wants nothing but to conquer and kill.

Thanos is a better character though.
