Who is faster Minato or Madara?

Not Ten-Tails Madara. Also not talking about Flying Raijin/FTG. Just pure speed, no teleportation.

Depends on the version of Madara. When he got rinnegan back he is faster. Anything before that is slower. Juubidara is way faster though.

Even zombie Madara is only a bit slower if not faster than Minato. Rinnegan version is 100% faster. Remember that non rinnegan Madara can fight evenly with KCM Naruto, first and second Hokage and they have speed comparable to Minato

Minato has great reaction speed feats. Reacting to the raikage in base form with his fist inches away from his face just before teleporting.

I'd give it to Minato.
