Thanos with the power stone or Thor with Mjonir?
Who hits harder?
Not sure, though I do think it's worth noting that Thanos with only the Power Stone (and not even using it's power), easily beat the Hulk while Thor with Mjolnir wasn't able to KO him with it.
Thanos with power stone is capable of outputting power anywhere between Bucky busting and moon busting.
Thanos and it isn't even close.
When he punched Captain Marvel she didn't just get knocked back but she was literally flying back like she just got shot out of a cannon.
Thanos with the power stone also can punch reality stuff like the Mirror Dimension.
Sending someone flying isn't very impressive.
If Thor had hit her with a Sokovia busting hit she'd go flying even faster and further.
But its still Thanos. He could destroy a planet with one hit if he was smart
@richubs: Well no. He didn't send her flying like when characters punch someone and they get flown back. She was literally flying backwards. The energy she gives off when she flies is exactly what she looked like when he punched her.
Also when Thor helped bust Sokovia that was a downwards swing, not an actual punch the way we think of punches.
Regardless of the motion of the swing it was very powerful and obviously if you change the movement slightly it'd still be powerful.
And a Sokovia busting punch would send anyone flying the way you described but even faster.
@richubs: Well not exactly since what actually busted Sokovia was the Vibranium. Thor just heated it up or something. It's not as powerful as it appears because of how many factors were at play during that scene.

I guess he was standing there and hitting the apex of the city with a massively charged hit to just look cool.
He didn't destroy the whole thing. Stark's also did something that facilitated that.
But its absurd to think Thor didn't do anything.
Thor didn't heat anything up. He charged his lightning and hit the apex.
How does that mean he heated anything up?
And the city blew up the very second Thor hit it.
Obviously it means his hit was the main factor.
The only other factor was Stark's overloading the whole thing but I don't see how that'd be the main thing.
Vibranium is supposed to eat up kinetic energy and yet Thor busted the whole area.
