Rick straight-up destroyed his planet and screwed himself and everyone around too many times.

I thought putting Rick on there might be an easy win for some, but Darkseid did a ridiculous amount of damage in JL: Apokolips War. The Skywalkers are a plague on the SW universe. Thanos wiped out half the universe, too. Skynet and Omniman are planetary threats at the very least.

Thanos kills half of the population in every planet he conquers and killed half of the Universe’s population for 5 years. It’s probably him

While many of them are still terrible. None of them do what Rick does without a care.

Rick wiped out his planet, and then bailed casually before sitting on the alternative couch in his alternative daughter's home while drinking a beer. Not caring for the amount of Trauma Morty had to deal with.

And that's ignoring the fact he forced Morty to bury his own corpse.

And that's also ignoring the whole ordeal with banging and violating the bodies of those blue aliens with the weird nipples.

1. Thanos did what he did because he had a first-hand experience and decided to take it upon himself to save a universe unaware of it's slow death. And what he did apparently worked. Despite how horrible it was.

2. The Skywalkers aren't a plague on the universe. Maybe in Canon. But definitely not Legends/OG Star Wars.

What happened to Anakin/Vader was a special set of unfortunate circumstances that caused his fall. He didn't do it and just shrug it off like Rick does. Vader regrets what he did every almost every moments of his existence, and is damn near suicidal in both Legends & Canon.

And it all happened because it was planned by a damn near flawless mastermind like Palpatine.

But even the actions of the Emperor are nothing compared to what we're shown with Rick.

3. Animated Darkside is a bad dude. Yeah. But what he does even in Justice League War isn't as horrible as what Rick did to his own family and planet.

4. Omniman/Nolan did some bad things. But he actually didn't want to do them out of his own will. He dreaded the day where he had to finally show his true face because he cared about his wife and son. And actually liked being in earth. And thought that if he did conquer the planet it would get spared.

5. Skynet was a machine that got out of hand due to the humans messing up. Sure it almost wiped out all of humanity. But it was meant for something else entirely. It can't be compared to Rick who has done things of his own free will, and then just shrugged it off once things got out of hand.

Rick has destroyed timelines and dimensions.

Skynet. In the terminator verse there only earth and it literally hell on earth. Humanity on brink of extinction and to be really accurate the radiation from all those nuclear blast would leave multiple generations greatly disfigure due to massive changes to their DNA. They are essentially mutants. Also all those terrestrial animals are pretty dead and most of the world vegetation are also destroyed as well.

I'm gonna say Thanos, though the Skywalkers certainly put the verse in more potential danger, due to the release of Abeloth (both Jacen's and Anakin's fault).
