@marvelanddcfan24: But he's had amazing runs in the past: Simonson, Jurgens, Stracynzki and Aaron.

I dont think its marvel. Aaron had a great GOT run and most people did seem to like his Jane foster Thor run and from what I hear OKT is the most interesting thor right now. I think we just need a fresh face

Solo 78 years of comics? I don't agree.

@agent41: WW could have 150 years and all of her runs wouldn't match Simonson's alone.

Not with runs like Marston, Ruka and Perez on the wondie side.

Can’t really vote here, I haven’t read many Thor runs, just Strasinski and some of Aaron (up until Thor became Thor again) but I have read Wonder Woman quite a bit and she’s had some fantastic runs over the years.even if we are just talking current, Azzarello and Rucka had phenomenal story arcs for the character.

@agent41: I have only read a portion of Marston's, neither Rucka nor Perez hold a candle to Simonson's.

Thor by a long shot. Hiketeia and league of one are the only WW stories I liked.

Try to read the rest if you can.

Don't shoot me, but i think they are better.

@agent41: Oh, absolutely a matter of opinion. I have read all of Diana's comics post-Crisis to current until the Finches took over, and I have read intermittently during Rebirth from Rucka to Robinson. My silver age knowledge on her is lacking, though.

You can read The Wrath Of Dr Cyber. Wonder Woman vol 1 #76 The Bird Who Revealed Wonder Woman's Identity, #78 Andy Gorilla. The Million Dollar Penny WW vol 1 #98, The Secret Origin of Wonder Woman from vol 1 #105, The Fun House of Time! Wonder Woman vol 1 #101.

When she recovers her powers after her adventures with I Ching. I remember Wonder Woman The 12 labors. When she had to prove herself worthy of coming back to the jl. One of my fav moments was her beef with Flash. When Diana said it to his face, that Flash's attitude was approaching Xenophobia.

Thor's comics for me. Both have a rich mythos to draw from, but I like Thor more.

I read a little bit of WW comics.

I read Simonson and Dan Jurgens runs which alone are way better.

but it's highly subjective ofc so you won't be wrong if someone liked the other more.

Simonson's and Jurgen's Thor Run were really fun to read.

WW's stuff isn't bad either but i dont remember as much about them as specific moments in Simonson's run

I still love Aaron's run on Thor. WW has the Aquaman problem where every new creative team feels the need to reboot them every 3 years. I think I've seen Diana's origin more times than the Wayne's getting shot. TBH, I haven't cared about WW since Rucka left.

Wonder Woman had waaay better runs than Thor, but DC is too stupid for that to happen on a consistent level.

None are extremely famous by any stretch of the imagination. The 2 most commonly cited as among her best are probably Gods and Mortals and Eyes of the Gorgon.

Thor. His best runs beat out anything from WW imo, though I haven't liked his more current stuff.
