Depends on what iteration of the characters you are referring to:

MCU: Tony. Disney screwed over Hulk.

Comics: Tie. I can’t decide.

General concept: Hulk. I have been a Hulk fan boy since I was a kid, so he wins off of nostalgia alone.

Bruce Banner’s Hulk is my favorite Marvel character.

Never really gave much thought to it but Iron Man I think.

Iron Man. I wasn't much of Hulk fan but Immortal Hulk has made him one of my favourites
