Well, whoever OZ is (I'm guessing Ozymandius (or however that's spelled) coming over from Watchmen seems to be insanely powerful, along with Dr. Manhattan. Mxyzylplytx (sp?) is always up there, but OZ did pull number on him in Action Comics.

@seastone98: overall power please, btw could you try and not list skyfather+ level heroes? Like maybe Darkseid Level and below e.g. Herald level heroes rather than entities. Feel free to list entity level villains that have appeared in rebirth

The last issue of Action comics has revealed the identity of OZ, you might want to check it out before they spoil it to you.

If it was based on strength of character, from what I've seen, Deathstroke and Superman are my favorite characters in Rebirth.

Power-wise, I guess Dr. Manhattan and Reverse Flash. I'm not sure about Oz. I haven't read much with him.

Darkseid will seemingly be seeping off power from Wonder Woman to restore himself in Wonder Woman's on-going, so I doubt he's anywhere near where he used to be. We'll see how that story relates to Darkseid War and him reduced to infancy.
