Which Team is more Badass, JLA or Annihilators ?

I believe pre-52 Annihilators

In Pure badassery, I'm not sure there's a team that matches the Annihilators TBH. The only two members of the team that aren't completely badass are Surfer and Quasar and when Surfer is angry, he's one of the most badass characters there is

Annihilators. Both are cool though.

Also, when I think of JL(especially pre-52), I don't think Badass is the first word that comes to mind

Also, are the Annihilators as a team actually badass? I know they’re all individually pretty impressive, and obviously some members work together from time to time, but what has this roster accomplished as a group? Genuinely asking.

@thehierarchy: yh I feel you, after the new 52 reboot the annihilators feel lackluster and let's not even get into rebirth annihilators.

As a team the annihilators lack years of badass feats. I mean the surfer did you star level gravity manipulation and quasar/the surfer/ronan completely separated 2 stars and one was a sun eater.

I've read some of it. I can definitely buy that, but it's also like, I see the JLA as more noble heroes then the Annihilators whereas the Annihilators are more likely to get dirty.

Like nothing, they're not a very good team at all. It's not like the guardians where they were made to work as a team, the whole idea was, we need powerful people, let's just stick together the 6 biggest badasses we can find and hope it works.

I hope they will not do the same with the new Defenders like they did to Annihilators but i will chose Annihilators for their op
