Which street leveler ISN'T a bullet timer?

It seems like everyone and their mother can dodge and block bullets these days so I was just wondering who couldn't?

I mean, most street levelers have the odd bullet timing feat here and there. Consistently, now that's another story

There's probably more that can't than can, tbh. Most are aim dodgers, which people can do irl. True bullet timing is incredibly rare.

Luke Cage? On the simple grounds that he doesn’t need to be?

AFAIK Black Panther doesn't have any clear cut timing showings. Whilst some do have showings, they're one or two at best. Most consistent bullet timers are people such as Captain America, Daredevil and Elektra, with Matt being the most consistent out of the three.

@havenless: No he doesn't. N52/Rebirth Batman has zero bullet timing showings. His Post Crisis counterpart does have quite a few, tho not as near as much as Daredevil or Captain America.

OT: A lot more than this site gives credit tbh, a lot of fantasy shows don't even have guns to bullet time with e.g. Avatar, Houseki no Kuni, low-level LOTR characters, pretty much any fantasy show without clearly supersonic speed feats tbh.

Most street leveler aren't bullet timer, for example Batman isn't a consistent bullet timer but a high end aim dodger.

Alfred. He's definitely not a bullet timer. He might blow his back out trying to time some bullets.

Ones that def are would include Daredevil, Cassandra Cain, Iron Fist, Elektra, Captain America, Black Panther by scaling, Batman, Deathstroke, Shang Chi, Ozymandias, Nightwing and some others.

I can see the argument that some characters are lower end bullet timers(maybe they can dodge sometimes but bullets are still a threat). Some others you can probably reasonably say they’re bullet timers via scaling, but are lacking in the clear cut feats department, like Logan

But the idea that most peak humans are bullet timers is crazy.

Most if your idea is catching, cutting bullets out of air or dodging point blank shots after they were fired. Most of the Bat family for example aren't bullet timers like Blade expect maybe like Cassandra
