Which movie is more underrated: Iron-Man 2 or Ant-Man?

Ironman 2 is a bottom 5 MCU movie for me so ant man.

I’ve been singing Ant-Man’s praises for a while now, and I still think Iron Man 2 is one of, if not the worst MCU film. In conclusion, Ant-Man is by far a more underrated film.

Iron-Man 2, which is better than the first IMO. From what I've seen, no one necessarily thinks Ant-Man is bad. Just that it doesn't have much weight as an individual film or in the MCU, which is fair.

Ant Man was a very agreable movie (the vilain in it would have made a better Lex Luthor), with lots of re-viewing value, while IM2 some some kind of a mess - but it had its moments too.

Neither was a good movie whatsoever. I do feel like Ant-Man was better crafted, but the hero and the brand were completely uninteresting to me. Still are if I'm being honest. Iron Man II is the opposite, the biggest name in a badly executed production. I guess it might be more 'underrated' because it's still potentially enjoyable, whereas I haven't seen many people criticise Ant-Man.

I think Ironman 2 should be respected as a more thematically ambitious film and being a more authentic project.

That said I definitely like Antman more, but it's still rated higher to begin with.
