I say Killgrave was the most interesting and multi-faceted given the actors performance in the setting of the show, followed by Vulture and Kingpin.

Kilgrave. If you really look into it, he's for sure better than every movie villain, and Kingpin as well.

Ronan's deep, relate able motivation made him a great villain, as well as the fantastic performance. He puts all of these other scrubs to shame.

Kingpin and Vulture. But if they got anyone else aside from Michael Keaton to play him he would have been incredibly forgettable.

Still think Vulture is massively overrated, the only reason he is one of the best villains is because most MCU villains are mediocre. His motivations are simple, and while he is menacing and well-acted, he is hardly as memorable or interesting as Fisk, Kilgrave or Loki.

Kilgrave is the best villain, followed closely by Kingpin and then Loki. Loki is the best character out of all of them though, IMO. At the end of the day he just wants the love and acceptance of his family.

For me comes down to Loki or Kingpin, leaning towards Loki
