Dormammu or IG Thanos.

IG Thanos of course. Strange stalemated Dormammu with just Time Stone so I don't see why Thanos can't do at least the same. Plus he has better on-screen feats (destroying Titan's moon while snap is better than this by scaling) and better implied feats (stated to be capable of destroying and recreating the whole universe).
