Which MCU hero would be the best NYC crime fighter?

Black Panther was a good temporary replacement for Daredevil.

I don't see how it could not be Thor since he is the most powerful. Strange is good but he is still just a human, vulnerable to being shot and blown up and stuff like that.

If the question is who can effectively trim the total number of crimes going in on Manhattan, I think Iron Man's the most practical answer. He may not be as powerful as Thor or Doctor Strange, but through his intellect and resources, he could greatly enhance surveillance, provide additional security (thanks to AI), and even boost local authorities' equipment and technology.

Thor can stop one crime at a time. Iron Man, though? He'd have eyes virtually everywhere.
