frank miller. he really ruined the character of batman making him a total douche bag to everyone and big headed. everything he does becomes a perverted mishap. i don't care what anyone says
Agreed on Loeb. He's the only writer I actually can't stand. Long Halloween was acceptable but mostly because of Sale's art. I just don't like his 'rogues gallery' approach followed by some ridiculous twist that doesn't make all that much sense. Urgh.
@Satyrquaze: True. But with so many years of comics,it's hard to make something new that would be scientifically or logically grounded,which is apparently what writers are going for. Like,they're giving scientific reasoning and origins to the X-mens powers (I mean,they go into molecular detail to describe them. I know the powers are natural). Also,the Guardians of the Galaxy stated that if Earth falls,the multiverse will follow,which is now evident due to the fact that The Entity was hidden on Earth. I agree that they should introduce new concepts,though
