Which character has the best Ultra Instinct ripoff? Spiderman, Luffy or Sasuke?

How can these characters be a rip off of a mode that became a thing decades after these characters themselves were made? If anything ultra instinct is a knockoff of any type of precog ability in comic or manga, but it's taken to the extreme.

Goku is able to dodge things he himself couldn't normally react to, his body is moving on its own and not "thinking of his next move". It's precog with a few rules changed basically.

Precog predicts ahead of time and in some cases forces the character to evade, UI is something that forces the character to evade things that would otherwise be too fast for them.

Ultra Instinct is basically a plot power up for Goku to fight a random powerful challenger while none of character in this poll has that type of power at all.

It was foreshadowed and the first time he got UI it made sense but from that point forward yeah it was plot but then again I was too busy marking out everytime it came out lol.

@gokluma: I don't think UI is just a plot boost for Goku, they were teasing it before and the concept was introduced in early DBS. But yeah, loads of character have such muscle memory based movements.

Reacting to things he normally can't by either instinct or prediction is the whole point of UI and precog. Precog came waaaay before UI, and all UI is is precog with a few rules changed.
