For me, it's Thor, he has a great variety of adversaries whether they be earthlings, gods, aliens, cosmic beings, or other. And he's one of those characters that can fight against really any villain that's not in his regular rouges gallery (i.e. Dr. Doom, Kang, Ultron, etc.) by himself and it'll still be interesting and make for a good battle.
