Which Anime/Manga villain is the best?

Liebert. Shonen manga villains can't even begin to compare.

Oh wow this one is actually really hard, I vote Wrath, Madara, or Aizen. But you can make a case for pretty much any of them.

Frieza is not that good a villain at all. He is just a stuck up b**ch. Light and Madara on the other hand are great villains.

Madara he was to fucking good as a villain compared to everyone else on this list, Lights kind of weird tho he was the villain but he was also the protagonist so its hard to look at him as a villain.

Not seeing how Madara was a good villain, he's yet another emo uchiha in the series, Itachi or Nagato was already better because atleast they had connections to the main characters.
