What's the most practical superpower in real life?

Ok, so when we think about which superhero we would like to be, we immediately think Superman, Spiderman, Green Lantern, Flash, etc.

But in real life, there aren't any Darkseids threatening Earth all the time, and after decades of space exploration and study, we still haven't found any evidence of inteligent life anywhere else.

So, in reality, what superpower would be the most practical?

Reality warping.

Telepathy or super speed

Enhanced speed.

Space-Time Manipulation

Super Intelligence

Peak human stats

Shapeshifting. You can alter your appearance to be more attractive and charismatic. You can turn into a smaller creature to hide or just turn invisible/use camouflage when you want to avoid being seen. You can potentially give yourself wings to travel without needing a car. You can grow more arms to multi-task more effectively. Or you can increase your muscle density to give yourself low levels of superhuman strength to help move furniture around.

If you have enough fine control you can even do things like stop the aging process and manipulate your body to be all around in better shape to improve your health. If you get injured you can also manipulate your body to mend the wound, giving you non-passive regeneration. You can will yourself to recover. You can also give yourself scales or an exoskeleton to increase your durability to prevent yourself from being injured at all.

Shapeshifting basically gives you lesser degrees of most other superpowers. It's incredibly versatile and you could likely find a use for it just about every day of your life. Even if it's just to make your arm longer so you can reach the remote without getting up.

Honestly just think of fallout special stats and turn them all up to 10. Be the luckiest, strongest, healthiest, super intelligent and of course most charismatic and charming person.

Regen or tk imo. I would go with tk for combat purposes but regen would be super practical for life in general.

I'm seeing a lot of super speed here but super speed wouldn't be practical at all in real life. Your body would tear itself apart if you don't have the durability to go alongside it and inertia would be your worst enemy.

Telepathy, Super Speed, Teleportation.

Maybe Healing Factor but it can be a curse too if you look at Wolverine.

Psychokinesis at the primordial particle level and on the universal+ scale, telepathy so powerful that it can somehow manifest and turn your imagination into reality, combined teleportation that allows you to travel through time and space, teleport infinite mass, remote teleport anything and can use it for offensive/defensive purposes. All of them or just being a 4-5 dimensional being is enough

Genius level intellect.

Yeah that's how it goes in fiction but op is asking about real life. Same way super strength wouldn't be practical because you would break everything around you.

More money!=more resources.If there is more money,the price of money will be reduced,product will be just as expensive.

This is in real life though. We don't even know if there is a 4th dimension, let alone a 5th. They're all theories.
