What's the most powerful being that has a sense of humor?

Self-explanatory. It seems like the "heavyweights" in "serious" universes generally don't have a sense of humor. Beings like Eternity, LT, Phoenix, Michael, etc. I guess you might argue that Q from Star Trek sort of has a sense of humor.

Beings in that cosmic or nigh omnipotent range get super serious, but once you reach that omnipotent/unbeatable tier they tend to loop right back around to being super relaxed and quirky.

When TOAA actually shows up in Marvel, like in Fantastic Four as Jack Kirby, he is very humorous.

Same for DC’s omnipotents.

In Dragon Ball the supreme being is Omni King Zeno who is a literal child.

I found scottish terrier-presence pretty humourous
