What’s the better power up MCU herb or MCU Super Soilder serum
Black Panther overpowered Bucky's metal arm, and Cap when he was pushing down on Cap's shield. Black Panther can slash bullets out of the air in his tie-in comic. The herb let its users go to some dreamland where they can speak to their dead dads which I guess is nice. Also, it enhances your instincts as well, something the serum doesn't do. I'd say the herb is better.

Was it confirmed that BP has the herb during CW? I thought it was a King only thing and his Father had just died.
@thebeardofzues: He's had the herb for a decade, that's why they depowered him before the trials.
@zamorak: When did it state that? I figured he may have gotten the herb in between the films, it's supposed to be a King only thing but idk.

T'Challa had been the Black Panther for years before Civil War. According to his tie-in comic

I'm pretty sure that being the King/monarch and being the Black Panther are not mandated as being one and the same, that's true in the comic as well. I could be misremembering.
Their are multiple different versions of the SSS in the MCU. There is what Cap took. And their are the slightly different versions that Red Skull and Bucky took. Than there is the stuff the Centipede soldiers took. If we are just comparing what Cap took to the Herb than I'd say its about equal. They are similar physically. However the Herb gives the user superhuman instincts. On the other hand the serum gives the user a superhuman learning ability which allows them to become a master martial artist far quicker than a normal human.
Herb. Panther's car feat proves that he's stronger than any of the super soldiers (I don't watch AoS so I can't comment on that)
The serum turned a scrawny weakling full of health problems into a tall, physically perfect man.
The herb turned an already peak physical person into a slightly above peak physical person.
He was straight up superhuman.

then there's the stuff blonsky took in Hulk 2008 which allowed him to survive the kick
@battle123axe: Yeah I forgot about that.

In the real world, yes, he would be. But in the MCU, his stats are not that far above what peak humans like Black Widow have been able to do.
@mrmonster: Yea that makes sense, I thought you meant he was Olympic level athlete.
@jayc1324: Cap still has better lifting feats and a much better healing factor. Killmonger died from a single stab to the gut. Cap got shot five times in the gut and could still function. Gimmie the serum...unless I get that vibranium cat suit with dat herb.
@zamorak: Serum has the better healing though... Killmonger dies from a single stab wound. Cap survived multiple shots to the gut.
Thinking on it again I'd have to go with the serum. Enhanced learning abilities seems more useful than enhanced instincts.
On the physical side of things. It should also be considered that the serum enabled Cap to survive being frozen in ice for nearly 70 years and helped the other Hydra super soldiers to be frozen as well.

Disagree. BP tipped a car with no effort, threw or kicked a man hard enough into a truck to move it, overpowered Bucky's arm which Cap can't do and took down a charging Rhino with his bare hands. He is stronger than Cap. And their healing factor is the same if not better, considering he healed from being stabbed in the chest right after taking the herb. Cap didn't heal from the gun wounds he just fought through the pain.

Are you joking? Black Widow was fodder to Bucky, and T'Challa was able to keep up with him. He also wasn't shown to be weaker than Bucky, and has a better bullet timing feat than Bucky or Cap.He's clearly superhuman.

Again, he is above peak human, but not by a huge margin. And I think you're exaggerating when you said that Black Widow was fodder to Bucky, she was definitely hurting him.

And again, that's wrong. A slightly above peak human person wouldn't be capable of easily slicing a bullet, and in Civil War she most definitely didn't seem to hurt Bucky at any point. T'Challa's physicals should be on par with the likes of Cap and Bucky, as his feats support.
@amcu: That doesn’t mean you can actually lift a car.
@amcu: That doesn’t mean you can actually lift a car.
T'Challa didn't lift a car though. Cap overpowered and ripped apart robots that literally did what T'Challa did. Therefore T'Challa's feat of overturning a car does not place him above Cap. I'm not seeing a problem.
@jayc1324: Cap kicks a truck in Civil War and makes it move. In AOS Mike pushes that bulldozer across the football field and they tell him he still didn’t beat Cap’s time. Cap dead lifted a huge Ibeam in WS. Those are better strength feats.
I seriously don’t see how BP has better strenght feats. Cap rips apart robots and a solid block of wood. BP has some dope feats, but Strenght should clearly be in Cap’s favor.

1. Dang I had forgotten that feat. I need to make a gif of it.
2. I do disagree about strength being in Cap's favor by any large margin. T'Challa has done fairly well against Bucky's arm. The arm is somewhat inconsistent but it has overpowered Cap before. I don't really think either is substantially stronger than the other.
I don't know, I think the Herb is slightly better, I don't remember Steve jumping as high as Panther (like when W'Kabi's army charged at him) or doing something like tackling a freaking Rhino, then again Cap jumped from about 200 feet and landed on concrete with no problem (final battle in Winter Soldier) and held a helicopter in place.
Someone should ask Kevin Feige via Twitter.

Since when was running faster than cars, holding off Bucky's metal arm, or hitting someone hard to crumple the left side of a truck 20 feet away something that slightly above peak human?

Cap also pushed a bulldozer across a football field (off screen feat but it's mentioned in Agents of Shield when Deathlok does it he is told he was nowhere near caps own time) and dead lifted a massive steel beam that was crushing bucky in TWS film
Cap has the physical edge by a solid margin imo (not counting speed or reflexes)

He ripped Bucky's metal arm off his throat with one hand.

Maybe the beam one is better but T'Challa did something Cap has repeatedly failed to do. He is stronger. He can overpower Bucky's arm, Cap can not.
