Darkseid falling down stairs happened because he was weak. He had his omega effect removed after Superman trapped him in the Source Wall. Him getting mugged was when Desaad betrayed him and he got depowered.

None of them, really. The only canon instance here is Darkseid tripping, by default it's the worst. Within context, it was symbolic due to Darkseid's depowerment at the time, but people are too quick to jump to out of context scans.

Basically an enemy to Charles Xavier. As you know, Charles Xavier is a powerful mutant on his own due to his telepathic powers. It was Mister Sinister who took the careful time he had to plan out a win against the X-men. Ultimate Mister Sinister was an armed and skilled telepathic assassin who infiltrated the mansion just to get to his target, and with it being Professor X of all people, he knew what he had to do.

It led to memes like X has one weakness for a time.
