What would you like to see in the upcoming Green Lantern Corps movie?

God, am I hoping it's at least as decent as Suicide Squad.

I think the Third Army would make great villains for it. I see no point in Sinestro being the big bad, but it's also too early to use the Blackest Night. I personally think BL should be a cartoon; whatever happens with the live action GLC there's bound to be an animated backup, provided Warner Bros gets burnt out from their Batman trip.

I wouldn't even mind favoring the GLC cartoon over the movie. A different view I can give of the 2011 mess with Ryan Reynolds is that it never should have happened, in the sense that Green Lantern is different from most heroes and deserved better. I only saw the scene where he changes into his costume in front of Blake Lively or some s*** and starts acting like a fool. Why, God....

Anyway, in regards to the new Corps movie, what would you want to see? I personally plan to watch the backup cartoon first. I know there's already been two cartoon films, but hey Wonder Woman got one along the Gal Gadot effort. And there was one before that.

Man Hunters. They make good first movie villains. I wish the first one didn't get messed up so bad. The plot for the movies' video game would of worked much better as the actual movie plot.

Atrocitus, Manhunters or maybe krona

I would favour something along the lines of the First Flight movie's "Training Day in space" basis except focusing on more of a team dynamic.

I'd like the team to be:

• Hal
• Sinestro
• Kilowog
• Laira
• Salaak
• Aya (probably don't give her a body until the end)

I think the Manhunters are a good choice of villain as a catalyst for Sinestro betraying the Guardians.

A proper Jon Stewart and Hal Jordan character portrayal and dynamic that respects both of them for starters. Visuals wise even the "original" movie were fine (until Parallax but that's a different subject I guess) so I'm not worried about that part. I think they should introduce other Lantern Corps right from the start, otherwise trilogy won't be enough to adapt all the notable GL iconic stories.

Manhunters. Sinestro Corps in sequel.

Green Lantern corps in detail (maybe a small origin of Hal, no more than 30 minutes) and Atrocitus/Larfleeze as the villain. Wouldnt mind Sinestro.

Just make sure that you give the main actor(s) a real Green Lantern costume and not just make it all CGI again.

Suicide Squad is the worst comic book cinema movie in 20 years... Don't set your expectations so low. The movie is already said to have both Jon Stewart and Hal Jordan, so that's one major point to look at. I think that also means they are already established Lanterns... I honestly just want to see the world, I think GL has the most interesting setting (being space) and I hope they choose a villain that can help them explore that. *NOTE, don't make Sinestro the villain in the first movie... he's one of DC's bests villains, so GIVE HIM TIME!

For it not to suck like the first one.

It was confirmed long ago that it will explore the friendship between Hal and John, it'll be like Lethal Weapon but in Space.
