What would happen if DCEU Superman hits MCU Surtur with full force.

Let's say we replace Hulk with DCEU Superman in this scene.

Superman lands his most powerful punch on Surtur's crown.

What happens? This has been discussed in battle threads many times but never properly so I made this thread. People only hurl insults at each other and there are still people who belive things on both sides. So let's settle things once and for all.

I know this thread could end up being pure cancer so please try and not act like a tumor.

The damage won't be considerable imo.

He'd go right through his head. Hulk staggered him and Superman can generate more force than that.

That said, if Clark goes for a supersonic bullrush like the one against Doomsday, he can knock him down.

That scene is just pure badassery and cool. I think supes definately has the power to at the very least knock Surtur down, probably hurt him quite abit.

One of the few things I like about the DC movies, is how they showed off Clarks powers.

Superman would likely do about as much damage as the Hulk did, maybe a bit more.

He blows his head up like the world engine.

Hed go through him

Nothing.

The best case scenario is he knocks off the crown.

He'd knock Surtur's big ass head even further or maybe burrows partly into Surtur's skull. Unlike Hulk however, Supes wouldn't have been grabbed by Surtur

More or less the same at best.

If it's 4 km Surtur, Superman does nothing.

If JL Superman bullrushes towards Surtur like he hit Doomsday flying in from Space, he'd go through Surtur's head and probably one shot him.

Now considering how powerful Thor’s strikes are, I’d say base Surtur is pretty dang durable. And if we consider that the mcu already has a precedent of increasing durability with size:

It’s possible he could survive, but that’s speculation based on scaling.

It should stagger him

Around the same thing, maybe slightly better.

Superman is capable of flying as fast as mach 20 mid combat he might actually go through Surtur and act as a piercing weapon.

So we have a range from nothing will happen to he'll die. This is a debate which will never be settled. No one on either side is going to change their mind.

For the record, Surtur would be just fine.

He takes surtur's head off. He already hits a lot harder than hulk without adding speed
