What will be peoples reaction if captain marvel gets below thor 2 score or above black panther in rotten tomatoes ?

They already gave black panther, an extremely mediocre and generic movie a very high rating so i don't know why it's not going to apply to this movie too.

If it gets a low RT score people will say it's because she's a woman and if it gets a high RT score people will say it's because she's a woman. It's lose lose, unless she gets a generally good score like 75% and the film is objectively good.

Below Thor 2 then "I knew it"

Above BP then "The media is fake and so are the critics"

Somewhere in between them 10% will be a mix of the top two whole three others will agree with the score

going by the Directors track record it won't do any less than 90%

Marvel movies don't get bad scores.

Depends on how the movie is. If it actually deserves its score no one should care. Except maybe feminists might complain if it gets a low score.

They're paying Rotten Tomatoes, so there's no way it will get bad scores.

If the movie gets a score above 95%, then it's likley due to the fact the hero is a woman, let's be real here. If it gets a low score somehow.... then it would have to be really bad.

Marvel will get a lot of flak if Captain Marvel gets a score below Thor 2.

The fact that they can make a movie about Raccoon and Tree box office hit or got an Oscar Winning actress to play a generic character who spouts cringy horrible dialogues.

I hope the movie turns out to be good or Marvel have to soft reboot Captain like they did to Thor.
