Hulk should be stronger scaling off Thor and the Surtur feat, but Superman would beat him. He would lose to Vision who has mhs reaction speed in Wanda Vision, and can easily phase through his brain or heart, plus he can't put him down. So he's above Hulk, below Vision and everyone above him.

I would put him at Vision, but above Hulk.

Thor has better, bigger power/strength feats, but if Supes can do any damage at all to him (he can), he statues the lot of them. Combined with his speed (which sent an inexperienced but faster flash into panic mode) he is certainly in Hela tier if not incomplete-gauntlet-Thanos tier.

Around Hulk tier. Below in physicals, but his speed puts him up there.
