What superheroes are more powerful Pre-52 Wally West?

Wally West from Pre-52 is one of the most powerfu beings of all time. He has moved trillions of times faster than the speed of light, stolen speed, punch out Superman level opponents, perceived at an ato second and has done many other things.

I am aware that for the most powerful beings in all of comics, he doesn't even make the top 100, but I would just like to see how many superheroes are more powerful than he is. The characters brought up can be from any comic book publisher from any era.

So what are some superheroes that are more powerful than Pre-52 Wally West?

Doctor Strange, Devine Spawn, Cosmic Armour Superman, etc.

Silver Surfer, Doctor Strange, Pre Crisis Superman, debatably Martian Manhunter, and Doctor Fate to name a few. There are many more that are more powerful than him, but would probably lose to him in a fight because of the speed gap.

He's the best hero ever. I love Wally.

Wally West at his peak, can turn any 3-dimensional limited opponent into a statue, he could just do it out of time and his opponent would never realize when did it happen, unless we're talking about omnipotent beings or the Flash bloodline(not all).

There is nothing to do about it than restricting Speed Stealing and interactions while being out of time, is the only reasonable solution.

MCU Thor and CW Arrow

MCU Cap and CW Arrow are more omnipotent. DCEU Wonder Woman is faster and has more statue-force.

Jane Thor is more powerful in every way.

Also, Catwoman has already stomped Flash(es.) She is obviously faster than Wally.
