What roster and saga do you want for the X-Men MCU debut?

When the MCU eventually debuts the X-Men what roster do you want them to feature and what is the saga that the story will focus on?

None....but thats because I don't think the MCU is necessarily good at all let alone at doing adaptations of actual comic stories.

They are better off throwing a popular team together and doing their own thing.

probably Grant Morrison's New X Men but they need to be careful

I am not sure how they are to tell us that X Men have been in the MCU Verse this entire time and not been known. This isn't a handful of Eternals. Its thousands upon thousand of mutants who all have powers. The exact type of people Shield would either want to recruit or want to eliminate.

Maybe something involving Kang... since Kang is the descendant of Mutants.

Personally, I would straight up love to see a Avengers vs X-Men storyline ala civil war.

I always prefer the original line-up as a start; Scott, Jean, Bobby, Hank and Warren. They can then expand from there in future films/shows. As far as storylines/saga, anything but the Phoenix, enough with the Phoenix.

The O5 would make the most sense, unless they decide to go with the X-Men already being established.

This. The 05. If they don't start as fresh as that, it'll be the Wolverine show.

O5 because I think it makes more sense for mutants to only be emerging at this point otherwise where have they been throughout all the tragedies

Yeah, Wolverine should be saved for later or he'll just overshadow everyone.

My preference would be the originals - Professor X, Cyclops, Angel, Beast, Jean, and Iceman.

Well, in my opinion i'd say Start the X-Men saga off with "God Loves Man Kills" and then us the Giant Size X-Men Roster: Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Kitty, Wolverine, Colossus, Nightcrawler and Banshee.

Or go with the X-Men the Animated Series. EVERYONE loves that Roster including people who don't read comics.
