High tier obviously. He would be better but he doesn't use the FF's powers consistently in a clever manner.

He is high-tier and could honestly be herald tier but all his powers are weaker and less effective than with each F4 member.

He has been stomped by Thor but has beaten high tiers and the FF. He has all of there power which definitely means high tier... However he rarely uses it as affectively against anyone other then the four... Inconsistent with a high ceiling..I think he is a bit underestimated..nice thread
