Assuming Boruto actually surpasses Naruto in all areas, he'll go completely off the registration of ninja (which Naruto kinda has already, but he still has the Will of Fire among other things).

They'll probably give him way more hax (and more effective ones at that),skill and hopefully speed than Naruto, but Naruto will still surpass him in DC. That's what will probably happen, since the ultimate opponent we know of so far (Kawaki) only destroyed Konoha from what we can infer. Tbh Kawaki probably outhaxed Naruto with a Narrow victory... but I could be wrong since he didn't appear to be damaged by the time he had "sent" Naruto wherever he did. Maybe they fought outside of the village.

Anyways Boruto will probably be around mountain level in DC. Though I wouldn't mind him being stronger than that...

Although we'll have to face the Otsutsuki soon enough, that isn't right now. Considering it took them thousands of years to acknowledge Kaguya's disappearance, it'll be quite a while before they do something again.

High kage level/City level would be ideal for me

He has no Kurama TBB to work with so he’ll probably function like Sasuke, but even less due to lack of Susanoo, Mountain or Multi-Mountain is probably it.

If my theory is correct and Karma can absorb and use everything like transformation like Kurama Mode and powers...and if Kishimoto's hint about Boruto's Kurama Mode is real...then Boruto could be stronger than Naruto.

Around Naruto's tier, possibly even a bit stronger or at least more haxed. Characters like Sasuke, who arguably knows Naruto's skill set the best and Toneri; who's fought Naruto, are both hyping Boruto up to rival Naruto once he reaches his full potential. Hell, what ever threat Toneri believes is out there, he doesn't seem to think Naruto can handle it, and is seemingly placing all his bets on Boruto to be the one to defeat it. Which is odd because Toneri has fought Naruto and knows how strong he and possibly Sasuke is.

He's got no explosive Bijuu power so probably Island level in DC at the very max. He'll most likely be faster than Naruto, as well as more haxed.

@temporal_shift: Me. And if Boruto can absorb the energy of a Tailed Beast with Karma...he might have every Beast. Naruto has a portion of all their chakra so Boruto has just to absorb those chakra someway.

OT: I think he'll be around mountain level personally, and I think the way Kawaki beats Naruto will be a type of hax that will ignore Naruto's speed, durability, power, etc. I also think the reason Boruto will have to be the one to beat him is because he will have the means to resist it(likely his eyes).

@thatduderox: Good observation. Toneri literally stated Boruto to be the only light of hope for the world in order to defeat the Astral Beings, the Otsutsuki, and he never mentioned Naruto. Then Momoshiki said, with an evil smile, that Boruto's eyes will take everything away from him.

Also there is an hint about the Child of the Prophecy and the Boruto's eyes are bluer than Naruto's eyes...need to check it better.

Boruto is just a kid like Naruto was and he has already 2 hype powers related to him...and planet level threat enemies, the Otsutsuki Clan. If Boruto will be as long as Naruto then you should not be impressed if he will end to be stronger than his father. After all Sasuke stated it.

I would asume Naruto and Sasuke level unless kishimoto does an asspull with Jougan and claims its somehow more powerfull than rinnegan and so on even though it was stated billions of times that rinnegan is the ultimate eye power.

Mehh. I think rinnesharingan is overrated tbh though its supposed to be that Rinnegan is sorta decendant of rinnesharingan.

Imo Madara with double rinnegan was more impressive than kaguya aside from dimension hoping and infinite tsukuyomu. Though we have seen that rinnegan users can do dimension hopes aswell. But thats just my opinion.

Shouldn't the Rinnesharingan give her some of the Sharingan and Rinnegan powers? I mean, she could absorb Jutsu, read thoughts and emotions, erase memories, hypnotise people, control people's movements, manipulate/create a gravity world etc
