Time Captain stumbled upon this power during practice. If he forms a bubble of time around an object or enemy, he can hyper accelerate the time inside the bubble to the point that that object inside turns to dust. He has yet to do this on anything living, and plains on never having to do so. Any comments or thoughts about the ability to do that.
