What is the one thing you are most hoping to see come out of ComicCon?

For me its prob an IW teaser. Followed by new BP and Ragnarok trailers. Also a Punisher series update. What are you most excited or hoping for from CC?

Well, I have to categorize this into Comics and other (since most movie and TV get more attention than actual comics at COMIC con) I don't care much about Marvel and they already showed their movie stuff at D23. And I'm gonna majorly cheat and list some things I want.

Comics:

• A Rebirth JSA book (with Power Girl)
• DC using Kon-El again (possibly in a new book with Tim Drake, Cassie Sandsmark and Steph Brown)
• Shazam book
• New writing team and direction for Batgirl (the sisters that are doing BoP would do well)
• New writers for Batman, Detective Comics (maybe Chuck Dixon since he is back at DC again) and Batwoman
• Getting Jeff Lemiere on anything DC again
• A new Grant Morrison project

Other:

• Trailer or more info on YJ season 3
• More info on DC's upcoming streaming service
• Cast list for the Titans live action show
• Lead actors for the Nightwing and Batgirl movies
• Confirmation of MoS2 and a director/writer
• Confirmation that WB is actually moving forward with the Black Adam movie

Someone announces they'll be taking over Amazing Spider-Man because Dan Slott quit/got fired/got tired..I don't care what the reason is. Preferably a good writer, but frankly, I'll take anyone right about now.

While the movie stuff is very cool, and I mark-out just like other sweaty over clips and trailers, what i REALLY want this year is comic news

I miss the days I actually cared about and looked forward to what was happening in the MARVEL U. I want more clarity on exactly what these "Generations" and "Legacy" things are? I'm an oldhead, so are they gonna go back to the original numbering? Are we at some point please gonna get the original Big 3 back in their glory? Are they going to fallback a bit on "Super Universe Never ever gonna be the same again some is gonna die for real this time" events and focus on stronger single book story arcs and writing? ..C'mon MARVEL give me something to look forward too.

DC, I'd like to see or hear some more tidbits on this Watchmen/DCU mash-up. What the flock is up with Captain Marvel and the SHAZAM family? Why do they have those characters held hostage in a basement somewhere not seeing the light of day? How about we get a new writer/artist team on Justice League? That book is abysmal imo, and it's suppose to be the company's premier team book lol. How about some info on the JSA's return as John's said would be returning?

Most of this is me just bitching, but honestly this is legit stuff I'd like answered or touched on from this…which probably won't happen seeing as movies and Cinematic Universes has taken top priority it seems

Again, it's a rumor, so don't get hopes up too high but it very well could be one of those things that gets either confirmed or denied at Comic-Con, depending on what gets announced.

I agree. It seems like SDCC is more about movies than comics nowadays. Which is kind of sad since it is the biggest platform that comics have while they could release movie news any time and people would take notice.

After that I really want to see the Infinity War teaser and an Aquaman teaser and the new DCEU movie slate which is rumoured to be announced.

To think we are but a few days away, man I really can't wait.

I'm probably the only one but the thing I want the most is an Iron Fist season 2 announcement, because it's the only thing that might not come to fruition. Everything else, even if we don't get a trailer, at least I know it's coming.

However, the thing that would make me lose my mind the most would be if they got the bajillion cast members for Infinity War and then announced had one more cast member to bring out for us... and Charlie Cox walked out onto the stage. I'd lose my shit.

Also, the usual; IW trailer, Defenders trailer, Thor trailer, Justice League trailer, Stranger Things, The Walking Dead etc.

Hopefully an announcement on dates and the slate for Netflix phase 2 (Blade and Ghost Rider please).

I've been following Wesley Snipe's Twitter and all he's been doing is messing with trolls, I really doubt we're going to get anything involving Blade. Hell yes about anything involved with Daredevil though Season 2 was amazing, and I've got my fingers crossed for Bullseye being the big bad in the season

If the MCU do Blade, I really doubt it'll be with Wesley Snipes.

With the release of that bag of the previous Teen Titans show fighting the TTG versions of themselves maybe some Teen Titans news

I heard that the comic con appearance was supposed to be way bigger than the d23 one but I'll listen to you and think they blew EVERYTHING they had at d23 and there will be absolutely nothing new at there 90 miniute panel. ya know since they showed ALL their movie stuff at D23

Hmmm yea that's possible, I think Ragnarok trailer is a given not sure about BP the recent trailer wasn't too long ago. I think we're getting a Punisher teaser cause the marvel facebook page posted a little clip of the Punisher logo.
