Not exactly. Only a small fraction of the blast would hit her at that range. But considering how the power there increased when Tatsumaki got serious she is probably above Psykos when at full power.

how tho even if she somehow doesnt scale from Psykos her own feats are in 2-3 digit gigaton level if not higher

she uprooted the whole MA headquarter which I suppose was nearly as big as the asteroid saitama destroyed and that asteroid was a dragon level threat

By scaling she's multi-continental.

She was fast enough to halt the shells from the alien ship that Saitama barely dodged (albeit in mid-air).

She also has a really good speed feat in the webcomic if you'd like me to explain that one (but it's ahead of the manga).

As for the moon, I honestly expect her to at least move it or something in the end of series fight if Saitama and God are fighting out in space.

With calcs small country or so, I saw small country calcs for her.

That meteor was 200 meters tall the MA base is kilometers tall also i dont see how uprooting something is comparable to a meteor

She could dodge, tank and casually stop Psykorochi's attack when she fully focused on her, and she was already badly injured. The attack is calced at multi-continent level, and crossed thousands of kilometers in an instant. She can can also lift dozens if not hundreds of mountain sized boulders at the same time and throw them a hypersonic speeds without much effort. She can also react to massively hypersonic bullets. While badly injured she could twist an entire large city sized area, down to kilometers underground, and create an also large city sized force field. At full power she is easily multi continent level.

Country-level bare minimum. I know Tatsumaki beat Pykorochi, who has a multi-continental feat, but Tatsumaki never showcased that kind of power herself.

Psykorochi's beam kinetic energy (launching landmass to that altitude in just seconds) is one digit exaton range, the vaporization of the round cut and the base cut combined is teraton to one digit petaton range. The potential energy is upper two digit to lower three digit petaton range.

Tatsumaki should be upper one digit to low two digit exaton range since she tanked and casually stopped the beams.

Most sites placed Psykos at Continental to Multi-Continental level, which is far far far beyond Multi-City level, also Tatsumaki is above her

lol when was this a debate and what gave the idea psykos has continent level durability

200 meters is given in the guidebook and scaling its size from saitama puts it at nearly that range too iirc so it should be accurate. The base had a 35 story building on top of it which seemed tiny compared to the width of that part and the top of the base is much thinner than the rest of the base. The base is about 6-10 km based on pixel scaling and the building on top seems to be there to give a scale. The meteor was also apparently made out of something unusual which is why it could tank nuke level missiles.

You think cutting part of earth thats 1000 miles wide or so (larger iirc) is a city level feat? Or just no scaling whatsoever and only feats by the character?

I think you didn't understand. I was talking about the area Psykos cut. Obviously the base isnt more than a 1000 miles wide. As for tatsumakis feat, with the crust parts tatsumaki uprooted their potential energy is in 2-3 digit gigatons so lifting and dropping the area would cause more than city level damage.
