I know its heavy and unbreakable but does adamantium actually have any worth? I mean wolverines skeleton is coated in it. Magneto could feasably rip it out and hawk it. I'm curious if anyone would buy a chunk of adamantium since you cant really shape it. Indestructability is a plus though.
What is adamantium worth?
^^A lot? It's a pretty rare commodity and pretty darn useful.
This. Doubtful you could sell it to a common street criminal as much is required to shape it.
Although if you have a nice chunk of it that you could carry around you could sell it as a ghetto Captain America shield ;p
Oh... see they have actually referenced this but I forget where and how much. I'll try and remember the issue. I think some character mentioned Wolverine was walking around with like... 32 million dollars worth on him. I always wondered who would cost more out of him or Emma. I mean uh...

Like anything that is rare, it is valuable. However, considering it's meant to be extremely rare & difficult to manipulate, it's surprising how many villains suddenly have Adamantium weapons ;p
@kallarkz: "Ghetto" Captain America is not funny.
The value of Wolverine's skull would cost a lot of millions but only as a collection piece, since it can not be reused for a different purpose.
Maybe one could create mini swords from his claws and a skeleton shield from his bones, but nothing more.
In its liquid form...a ton. If it's already cast into something useful or otherwise, it's value is dramatically lower.
