What if your favorite hero were a super-villain?

So what if Spidey were a career criminal?

Wolverine a heartless assassin for hire?

Iron-Man a money and power hungry drunken loose cannon?

Daredevil actually wasn't possessed by a demon in Shadowland and really did go nuts?

Batman driven to crime ?

What would cause them to be a villain?

Would they be considered a threat?

Spider-Man would be Doc Ock I guess...OH WAIT!

Batman would help Joker wreck Gotham.

Batman would take over the world... given enough prep time.

if Captain America turned villain, he would( after getting a new name) probably lead a small crime gang.

kinda like how Madam Hydra/Viper did, after everyone thought she was dead.

what would cause them? Just one bad day I guess. Also I think if batman would turn to a villian joker would be a hero and try to stop him

I can see Peter Parker snapping the neck of Flash Thompson in self-defense (when he isn't in full control of his powers yet). With police hunting him and Jameson crucifying him in Bugle, Peter has no choice but to accept the offer from Kingpin. 
With his spider-powers enhanced by special training organized by Kingpin, and the gadgets Peter invented, Spider-Man became a formidable threat.

I already saw Batman as a villain...it was called Nemesis.

Justice League would just be the Crime Syndicate Batman= Owlman and so on.

Superman would be The Plutonian

If Black Panther was a villain he would be a dictator and a conqueror surpassing even Doom in scope, ruthlessness, and ambition, and I would be very disappointed.

@Adriell2124: It's not a Batman comic. It was a 4 issue mini series by Mark Millar and Steve McNiven. The main character of the series is Millar's idea of what an evil Batman would be like.

Then he might not be my favorite character at all. I usually prefer heroes over villains. I think personal preference on such things carries a lot of moral weight; i.e. if I favored a villain like Pinhead from Hellraiser as my favorite character, I'd feel somewhat bad because that's such a well-portrayed, horrific, evil, wicked person, it would make me wonder why I would consider him my favorite. So, I try not to empathize with villains very much, in literature or film.

I'd probably switch to Iron Man for my favorite hero... Maybe Goku, actually.

Superman would become The Homelander from The Boys.

He would also be infinitely more interesting and believeable.

Luke Cage would probably re-build his old gang. With his great strength at his disposal he would become a city wide threat. Probably taking a large portion of Harlem as his territory. He'd get into it with Tombstone and Hammerhead alot. Iron Fist and Falcon would be his primary Enemy's as far as hero's go.

Spider-Man would become the greatest thief of all time. There would be no fortress he could not break into. Or he could become an assassin. (Alway's did see spidey as a ninja). The ninja/assassin thing would bring him into conflict with Cap, Bucky, Elektra, Wolverine, and Punisher. His rival's would be Deadpool, Taskmaster, Bullseye and Typhoid-Mary.

See I get the best of both worlds. Hyperion is my favorite character and there are already multiple hero and villain versions. as a hero he is far less lame superman and as a villain he is damn near god.

Silver Surfer would destroy planets along side Galactus. Watch out earth!

i would like to see dr. strange turn evil.

Thor and Loki would team up and take over Asgard.

you need to read Exiles (there is a pretty awesome story where in one reality Surfer is the bad guy and Galactus is good. he is pretty amazing and has some cool armor too. you would like it I think

If Batman where to become a criminal Joker would become a hero and just completely change his ways.

Tim Drake would probably be a high ranked member of the League of Assassins. He would have given his body for one of Ra's countless reincarnations.

Since I'm the kinda guy who root for the Empire in Star Wars, I would be completely cool with this.

not my favorite superhero but if aquaman was a villain we all be f*cked imagine the whole world is 70% water and he rules it all and everything inside it...
