Would you be interested in stories and/or an event with an Earth where all of the heroes are villains and vice-versa? What do you think Marvel would do with such a universe? What would an evil Avengers team do, or an evil X-Men team? What villains would you like to see as heroes? (If there already is an Earth or a forum like this I’m sorry, I looked the best I could and didn’t find anything)

All X-men whould have Magneto's ideology, and vice versa, Magneto would be like Xavier.

Iron Man would pretty much rule the world (kinda like in that Avengers:EMH episode, Emperor Stark) with the Avengers as his own team, each ruling different lands.

The Seas would belong to Namor, All of Africa belongs to Black Panther. New York is "New Asgard"

The FF would explore different dimensions, conquering them all.

Peter Parker's Uncle Ben, a crook, was shot by a cop after a failed bank robbery, and thus, Peter (who was ironically not there to help his Uncle with the bank heist) thought it was his fault and swore vengenance on cops, "With Great Power, comes Great Retribution".

I think a few name changes are in order. Iron Man probably naming himself Iron Grip (or being called that by most people, as I assume that's how he'd rule. With an iron grip.)

Panther would likely go by either his full title of King of the Dead (KoD) or more realistically, Blood Panther.

The Fantastic Four/Future Foundation become The Fatal Four/Fatality Foundation.

Peter would likely either take the name Venom (he'd likely have kept his black suit, anyway.) or maybe Recluse.

They had to fight an evil alternate Avengers not too long ago in Hickman's run. There were some brilliant twists on the characters IMO.

That's why I miss the "What If???" comics, Marvel could let the writers loose on a scenario like this for an issue or two without worrying about getting all tangled up in continuity.

I see an evil Tony Stark remaining a weapons merchant rather than becoming a dictator. Ruthless and powerful he'll remain a kingmaker and force behind the scenes instigating conflicts across the globe. If you cross him though, he'll send out his War Machines, or perhaps don his own Iron Monger armor.

Moon Knight would be a serial killer known for carving the symbol of his god into those the voices in his head command him to slay.

The Wrecking Crew will become a rebel faction tearing down the prisons and outposts that symbolize the iron fisted government of President Steve Rogers and the enforcers of his S.H.I.E.L.D. militia.

The Spider is an infamous thief and murderer, fond of hanging his victims with thick webbing. His earliest know victim was high school star athlete Flash Thompson.

The Spider's most persistent foe is the heroic Green Goblin, a mysterious hero who has many allies among the Rebels and a few of the honest police officers. In truth, the Goblin is Harry Osborne, seeking to bring the Spider to justice for the cold blooded murder of Norman Osborne.

Matt Murdock is never blinded by trying to save a man from being run down. Instead, he let's the man die, and eventually becomes a mob enforcer like his father.

Wilson Fisk is a legitimate businessman. Though suspected of giving aid and refuge to criminals and rebels, nothing can be proven.

Frank Castle's family was killed by crooked cops when witnessing them slay a mob informant. Unhinged by the event, Castle becomes The Punisher, the most infamous cop killer on earth.

His claws and bone structure have long been laced with the indestructible metal adamantium by the millitary program Defense X which restores memories of and rehabilitates excellent-performing veterans.

Eddie Brock was injured by the villanous Spider during a bank robbery, and Professor Otto Octavius is forces to bond him with an alien Symbiote to save his life. With a copy of Spider's powers, Eddie and the benevolent Symbiote challenge the Spider's violent criminal grip over New York City. He is a Daily Bugle journalist who cooperates also with the mutant rights activist and vigilantism supporter J. Jonah Jameson.

Trouble-Maker sounds to me more like a guy causing chaos just to annoy the establishment. Like maybe the counter universe name for Cletus Cassidy, a Robin Hood type anarchist who loves causing "carnage".

Captain America would either be a crazed patriot (we don't need to change the history or his nationality, patriotism bends well to villainy) or a crazed anti-patriot, because he's a soldier and has seen what patriotism causes and what people do in it's name. Terrorist both during and after the war, he genuinely thinks he's being the good man he promised to be. He was forcibly placed in cryostasis and waken up in modern day.

Red Skull would be the leader of a resistance movement within germany who got exposed and horribly scarred when Gestapo tortured him for information. He either got buried in a collapsed bunker or was teleported to the future by The Tesseract. He's a civil rights activist who fights for the rights of minorities, including mutants and those oppressed by the world governments.

Iron man would be an arms dealer or another terrorist whose goal is to rid the world of weapons, because the trauma from abduction and a sharpnel to the heart made him think only extreme measures can change the world. I kind of consider Howard to be a villain, so this Tony had a nice, loving family, and no reason to act up before the incident in Afganistan.

Bruce Banner would be a mad (or just evil) scientist with mafia-esque organization to back him down because of his lack of physical power. When he turns into Hulk, all of his cynical intelligence drains away, leaving nothing but child-like innocent altruism, so he tries to avoid that. Banner keeps Natasha around because only she can wake The Hulk's rage.

Abomination would be an UN volunteer who got his spine broken trying to fight off The Hulk, and was abducted from hospital to be a guinea pig for a version of the super soldier serum. The serum healed him, but the spine grew back grossly mutated, and, forced by the circumstances, exposed himself to The Hulk's blood for prolonged period, which made the mutation spread to his whole body.

At the moment i can't think of a good way to invert Thor, Loki, Whiplash (or Mandarin, i'm not really sure which one i should call Tony's archnemesis), and Helmut Zemo. Any ideas?

Dr. Doom remains an anti-hero who gets in the way of Mr. Fantastic who is The Maker and the Furious Four. The Avengers would be The Oppressors who keep the planet under siege. Hydra is based creating world peace through its futuristic science program while S.H.I.E.L.D wants compete dominance over the planet.

Thanos wants to save the universe by collecting all of the infinity stones and doubling the number of people. The X-Men want to take over humanity while the Brother Hood of Honorable Mutants want to protect the human race. The Sorcerer Sinister is Dr. Strange who battles the Dear Dormammu for rule over the dear dimension.

The Gangsters of the Galaxy lead by Star-King travel the universe toppling noble kingdoms and reeking havoc in random citizens. The Nebula Corps keeps seeks to expand their firm grip on the galaxy by employing the Gangsters to do their bidding,

Hulk is a jolly green giant who builds different structures and helps to save lives. Black Panther sits in Wakanda and plots world domination. Asgard is ruled by villains like Odin and his second in line Thor, but there is Loki who always gets in their way who seeks to make Asgard a better place and in turn all of the nine realms.

Hawkeye sits on a thrown and rules the world by making everyone fear him and show great respect. Uncle Ben gets gunned down by the cops for leading a life of crime, that in turn Peters to become Venom and seeks to enact only revenge.

Captain America is a murderous yet charismatic maniac obsessed with his twisted perception of 'The American Dream' forcibly placed into cryostasis and accidentally revived in modern day.

He also lets his troops fight for him because he's a coward at heart.

Bucky would have been Cap's right-hand-man during the war and followed him after he deserted the army for 'turning against him', and fought by his side until falling from the train and was found and brainwashed by The Allies to be The Star Soldier.

• Red Skull is a pacifist civil rights activist
