What if Aizen had Enrakyoten as his zanpakuto?

For those of you people who haven't read Bleach: Can't Fear Your Own World, Enrakyoten is the name of the zanpakuto that belongs to Tokinada Tsunayashiro. Enrakyoten is a cursed zanpakuto that allows Tokinada to copy other zanpakuto while in returns shaves away his life force. While Enrakyoten does that, it also has other weaknesses such as the power of the zanpakuto scales to Tokinda's own reiatsu, it copies the other zanpakuto's weaknesses, and it distributes Tokinada's powers based off the numbers of zanpakuto it copies.

Funny thing is, Sosuke Aizen is literally the perfect definition of being the rightful owner of Enrakyoten instead of Tokinada Tsunayashiro. The reasons behind this are very simple, Aizen is immortal so he can spam Enrakyoten nonstop without losing his life force, he is known for his reiatsu according to Special War Powers so any zanpakuto's powers he copies becomes more powerful under his possession, he is very smart so he can find ways to overcome the copied zanpakuto's weaknesses, and lastly his power is too great for Enrakyoten to properly distribute with the number of zanpakuto he copies. So if Aizen had Enrakyoten as his zanpakuto instead of Kyoka Suigetsu as his zanpakuto, how would that change the plot of Bleach?

Most of his plan worked because of KS’s ability so I don’t think he would be able to plot for so long. He would have to fight everyone straight up and he’d lose much sooner imo

If Aizen had Enrakyoten, that would mean Tokinada had Kyoka Suigetsu. Aizen could just copy Kyoka Suigetsu from Tokinada.

The problem with that is Tokinada only shows his face and sword during CFYOW.

Aizen wouldn't know about his Zanpakuto without prior knowledge, or whether it's even worth copying in the first place.

OT: Aizen only becomes immortal after getting the Hogyoku. Which happens later down the timeline. If he starts with Enrakyoten, he will have a harder time doing his schemes and manipulating everyone. And could die before he reaches Mugetsu Ichigo, due to Enrakyoten's speciality of cucking the owner as time goes on.

And seeing how he relied on Kyoka Suigetsu during the battle of Fake Karakura, to do as little fighting as possible. He might actually have to deal with all the Captains & Visords. Which might allow Enrakyoten to affect him at the worst time possible.

You forgot that the Hogyoku wouldn't let Aizen die as long as Aizen wills it, he kept on regenerating and evolving the moment he reached his limit as a Shinigami, so if the Hogyoku sense Aizen is dying it will just kick in immediately. Also regarding to Tokinada, what if Tokinada were to replace one of Aizen's men in scenario like Tosen or Gin?

This is assuming he already made it to that point. We know there's a lot of stuff before the creation of Hogyoku, the Visords getting kicked out, and Ichigo's existence.

And alot of it required Kyoka manipulation. Such as the fact that he tricked everyone to believe that he had a water-type Zanpakuto. Which made some think less of him. And thus, became less suspicious.

Aizen already despises the royals and higher-ups.

If Tokinada were to replace someone like Tosen, he won't help much with anything, aside from just providing Aizen with Kyoka before he gets killed. Since Aizen won't need him anymore. And Aizen could stage his death to appear as a tragic occurrence/accident.

And If Toki were to replace Gin as Aizen's right hand man. Then he won't have someone else to act suspicious in the Gotei 13, to grab Toshiro's attention, and distract people from him. Dudes like Toki still require to go through the academy. Which will take time and make him less useful.

That's ignoring how Tosen wouldn't really like that alot. Which will cause more trouble.

And it's a 50/50 chance that Toki could make things worse due to how he acts and being a filthy backstabber and all that. He could get jealous of Aizen having Enrakyoten, and betray him in secret by ratting him out.

And due to his status, many won't dare to doubt him. Even if they suspect him of being an accomplice.

Tokinada is really on the list of top 5 dudes Aizen would not trust or tolerate.

enrakyoken weakness is too high that shaving off life span everytime its used its horrible, it means Tokinada gets weaker as the fight goes on.

however the scaling to reaitsu is not a weakness it applies to everything in bleach be it Kido, Swordsmanship, Shikai/Bankai etc, the reason Aizen KS and Yamamoto Ryujin Jakka were so powerful is due to its user having higher Reaitsu which is why Aizen was able to KS everyone in Gotei 13 because his reaitsu was on par with Yamamoto himself

Tokinada himself had Reaitsu on par with someone of Yorouchi and EOS Byakuya level which is lower than Shunsui/Ukitake who are also lower than Aizen/Yamamoto.

So what if Aizen had Enrakyoten as his zanpakuto?

Shinigami are already immortal. They are dead.

Aizen is immortal in a way where he cannot die no matter what happens to him. This guy regenerated from getting hit from Mugetsu which erased his existence let me remind you. Are you telling me Enrakyoten can kill him more efficiently than Mugetsu can?

You only think that because Yama is older looking, but then you realize that Ichibe and Oetsu are way, way older then he is.

No Shinigami has ever died of old age.

@johncenation7: You aren't asking a question, you are arguing for your idea. Others have put forth excellent arguments as to why it wouldn't work. He would fail to create Hogyoku. The story would never happen.

However, if somehow he GOT Enrakyoten, he would be maybe more dangerous. Would still lose to Ichigo in the end.

Aizen for most part used KS to cover up his research, without KS he would still go on the same path albeit in a lot slower pace. Also his relation with other soul reapers would drastically change as we he can no longer rely on KS to cover any loose ends that might come his way.

This would change whether if some key events like Urahara's exile or even Ichigo's birth may or may not happen. Regardless Hogyoku will likely be created in a further point in time

However most interesting thing would be Quincy invasion happening before Aizen's rebellion where Soul Society would likely lose against Ywach without Ichigo

Again, as mentioned, Ichibe and Oetsu are thousands of years older then Yammamoto and they are youthful by comparison. Just because someone ages, doesn't mean they will ever die of old age.

Given the Royal Realm members youth, it stands to reason that ageing is not a byproduct of time, but instead battles.

Hell, it is even directly stated that citizens of soul society don't age because they don't have power and that is the only fundamental difference between them. The more power you use, the more you age. We even know this to be true with Hitsugaya. His Bankai reached full maturity and he instantly aged hundreds of years.

So yeah... No. Shinigami don't die of old age.

Regarding to citizens of Soul Society, Byakuya's wife Hisana died from illness granted it wasn't old age that killed her. The truth is if you are capable of dying, you are not immortal by any means and Aizen is immortal because he couldn't die no matter what happens to him.

If he manages to nab the Hoygoku still, he just wins against literally everyone, especially once he merges with his Zanpakuto.

The big question is, will he be able to beat Yhwach in a fight?

It's arguable that he could already. He was still wearing like 90 seals when he fought Juha, and He's the only reason Ichigo survived that fight. They made Aizen use Kyoka Suigetsu in a way he never had before (making himself look like someone else in a fight rather than just making fake people in general) so that Aizen wouldn't solo Juha.

He would still have access to Kyoka Suigetsu, and with his near limitless Reiatsu reserves it wouldn't be any different from his own normally, plus he would have Yamamoto's Zanpakuto, but even stronger, and Ichigo's, but stronger, and literally every other.

What stops Aizen from using Kyoka Suigetsu, making Juha fight air, stop time with Kido, and then nuke Juha from existence with an even stronger Mugetsu and Zanka no Tachi? If Aizen is smart and keeps Kyoka activated the whole time, (which he should) then Juha's kinda done.
