From Marvel I'd pick Deathwatch, Sleepwalker, Mockingbird, Chemistro, Daredevil, and Typhoid Mary.

From Capcom, I'd go with Achilles (Trojan), Super Joe (Commando/Mercs), Kenji (Red Earth), Regina (Dino Crisis), Lord Drokmar (Magic Sword) and Anita (Darkstalkers).

Of the choices given in the poll above, I chose Pyron, because when it comes to villains, the more the merrier.
