None. What other entertainment company could is even close to big enough to buy it from Disney?
Marvel is one of Disney's biggest franchises right now, not just for movies, but for TV, comics, and above all else, toys and merchandise. It would take billions upon billions for Disney to even consider buying Marvel.
I'd say about 100%. Not any day soon, but long after we're all dead and gone, our kids are dead and gone, their kids are dead and gone..(you get the idea) It's my belief that nothing stays the same and some day Marvel and Disney will not be a thing. They'll be ancient relics of a bygone era. Now if you meant that anyone reading this will be alive too see it, the % goes down to about 2. of course, my scenario is just things running their course and not necessarily Disney selling it. I do believe, however Disney will still be a thing longer than Marvel will be.(Though who knows?) I also think Marvel needs Disney more than Disney needs Marvel, so in the very-far flung future, it could well happen. Never say never. People also thought BlockBuster Video would last longer than it did. Then un-forseen circumstances came along. Marvel and Disney are not above that happening to them either.
