Should Tony have truly made Thanos bleed despite his other great durability feats?

It’s not a outlier.. it’s just combined effort from everything he took thus far.
Think about skinning your knee but it doesn’t bleed, next hit to your knee might cause blood because the skin has been compromised.
IMO we as a CV community have a issue looking at gifs a bit to much and not considering the full fight and story… like this hit didn’t happen in a vacuum, a lot of other things happened to Thanos.
I believe it’s the watch along with the Russos that confirm it’s a combined effort.
@goldeneagle: I don't care too much for MCU threads anymore, but I will interject to say sadly it's barely a feat when we consider how the drop of blood was stated to be a combined effort.
AFAIR it's stated this isn't only Iron Man's doing and happened because of all damage he took from the team
I dont think it is, but you got to see it as positive thing too. The team dished out everything they had at him before that part of his skin gave in and it was a lot of hard attacks he was getting hit with. So that's saying a lot of how durable he is if said skin held out that long and just for a small scratch.

I've heard that before too. If anyone has a direct quote or link for that statement I would appreciate it. It does make sense given Thanos said "All of that.." implying he bleed from the overall combination of all attacks not just that single strike.
