Did you like Mubong and the decisions he made?
Was Park Mubong a well written villain?
Mubong’s overall character was written pretty good and how he ended up losing was done great. Mubong didn’t sucker up to Mori in his final moments, he gave a battle and strictly still fought for his beliefs despite being at his lowest and knowing the world opposed him. I can write so much more about Mubong’s character, its for sure up there.
^Basically. He might have had his flaws, but he didn't deny them, but instead still went by his own point of view until the end, accepting himself for what he was.
Viewing it objectively, Mubong was a core part of the series no matter how you look at it. From beginning to end, even if his involvement wasn’t there in the middle as much, his presence as a character was always there. And throughout the second half, his character was made to mirror Mori’s and was made much more in depth. So yes, a great written character.
Subjectively, he’s the best character in the series. The true GOAT.

Outside of his character depth his style of clothing is really different from any other character in any manwha or manga, i liked that style a lot.
Yes very easily best antagonist in anime/manga everything about him was perfect from his motives of creating a better world to his parallel and character foil to Mori(another S tier character) to his acceptance of who he was despite knowing he wasn't completely in the right, His character was meant to show ones nature, things such as greed malice and pride of which define our very nature and how it leads only to suffering and ones self destruction and only through ridding yourself of greed and hatred will end the cycle of suffering(Mori) + his conclusion made his character peak further(along with GOH solidifying as my fav) for me.
